How to get success in the interview of WBSSC

Though it may sound very easy but the implemantation of this thought into action is considered as one of the toughtest job for a large number of aspirant teachers. Cracking the barrier of this exam or ranking a good position in the merit list can be execurted easily if proper plan and precautions can be taken beforehand. In this respect, i would like to share my experience and professional knowldge in this respect. Here i am going to share what i type of questions a candidate might have to face in the interview. do not get panic. This is not as grulleing as you are thinking. Just relax and take a long breath before venturing to the room.

Tips before Entering the Room

Do not follow what i am stating in this context blindly otherwise your dream of grabbing the position of an assistant teacher would dash to the ground. However, my suggestion can assist you a lot to get a first hand acquaintance aboutb the very nature of the questions. Do not rely too much on conventional knowldge. Try to keep faith on your presence of mind.

If you are not confident of an answer, please for god’s sake state boldly to the intervierers that you do not know the answer of the question.

Read newspaper for this purpose and if possible try to garner knowldge on other subjects save your specilized subject.

West Bengal School Service Commission

It is an endeavor by the Government of West Bengal who decided to conduct an exam for facilitating the recruitment process in the post of Assistant Teachers in the government subsidized schools. The West Bengal School Service Commission was formed on 1st November, 1997 for strengthening education system in the states. WBSSC is now gaining currency among the aspiring teachers who are willing to impart knowledge to students of West Bengal.

West Bengal School Service Commission is controlled and supervised by Central commission. The territorial jurisdictions of Regional Commission of WBSSC are:

• Southern Region comprises of South 24-Parganas, Kolkata and Howrah. It headquarter is located at Kolkata.
• Western Region comprises of Bankura, Purulia, Paschim Medinipur and Purba Medinipur. Its headquarter is located at Bankura.
• Northern Region comprises of Jalpaiguri,Uttar Dinajpur,Coochbehar, Dakshin Dinajpur, Malda, Siliguri Sub-Division and within Murshidabad. Its headquarter is located at Malda.
• Eastern Region comprioses of Bardhaman, Hooghly and Birbhum. Its headquarter is located at Burdwan.
• South-Eastern Region comprises of North 24-Parganas and Nadia. Its headquarter is located at Barasat.
